1. Accuracy of Information
The applicant confirms that all information provided in this Declaration of Intent application is truthful, accurate, and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in rejection of the application and possible legal consequences under applicable immigration law.
2. Purpose of Declaration
This Declaration of Intent is issued solely to support a student visa application and does not constitute a visa approval, guarantee of entry, or legal binding agreement with any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
3. Biometric & Media Data
By submitting this application, the applicant consents to the collection and storage of biometric data including a live photograph, passport image, video affirmation, and digital signature. This data is used strictly for identity verification purposes and is stored securely.
4. Payment & Processing
A service fee of Rs. 20,000 is required to process the Declaration of Intent certificate. Payment must be made to the designated account and a receipt must be shared via WhatsApp within 48 hours of submission. Non-payment will result in application cancellation.
5. Certificate Delivery
Upon successful payment verification, the Declaration of Intent certificate will be issued within 24 hours. The certificate will be made available on the online verification portal and can be verified using the assigned Document Number.
6. Validity
This Declaration of Intent is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. It is the applicant’s responsibility to renew or reapply as needed.
7. Refund Policy
Service fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed. In case of rejection due to fraudulent information, no refund will be provided.
8. Privacy
All personal data collected through this application will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or immigration authorities.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with this declaration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
